Order Processing Time
Orders go out within 1 Business Day of your order.
Changing an Order
If you need to change your order after it's been placed, please email us, -include your order number- and we will get back to you within one business day. If you order has been shipped, we can not make further changes.
To add something to your order after it's been placed, just go ahead place a new order with those items and we will include something cool for you in the package! Extra shipping money collected will be donated to the ring players association.
Shipping Time
It varies from 2-5 Business Days. Orders for single rings allow for first class shipping rates through the USPS. These orders usually take longer 3-5 days. All other orders ship USPS Priority which gets it there between 2-3 days + One Day for our processing. We will send you a tracking number when your order ships.
International Shipping
For international customers, please visit our ebay page to receive the best international shipping options. They have all the licensing setup for international, so we advise going through them to increase the success rate of receiving your rings.
Damaged Goods
If your package arrives damaged or the contents have become damaged in shipment, please email us right away and we'll get it straightened out.
Return Policy
We accept returns for up to 30 days after receiving your items. If you are not completely happy with the products you receive, then we will gladly refund those items for you. You will be responsible for paying return shipping on returned merchandise, unless the product arrived damaged.
